MY WORK EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE
Responsible for the company's formation and development to a multi-million dollar annual turnover and service agreements with many Mining, Oil, Gas and associated companies, Cement Companies, the British Government's DFID and the CDC, the German Government's GTZ, the World Bank and several parastatal organisations. Successfully procured, shipped, cleared and delivered all the inputs for a USD3M cashew project in remote inaccessible corner of Tanzania. Within budget, procured, shipped, cleared and delivered USD11M of equipment for a World Bank funded fuel distribution rehabilitation project. Cleared and delivered ahead of schedule to a bush location 800kms away, USD8M of equipment for a new power station, the consignments included 27 x 40' containers. As principal service provider, cleared and delivered the majority of goods for Tanzania's first modern goldmine costing USD 48M, which was commissioned ahead of schedule despite devastating damage to the infrastructure during the El Nino floods. Successfully established over 50 companies and helped them become operationally profitable. Personally assisted them in problem resolving with government, sometimes as part of pressure groups. Utilising all personal resources, in very short timescale, successfully formed the company, established and staffed an office, advised or appointed the sub-contractors, sourced and imported 68MT of explosives, built a large remote site magazine, liaised with government authorities for all licences and permits, found the best service providers, financed the company and service providers to more than $150,000, imported all the equipment and aided 4 successive managers within 5 months to complete a $10m 2D seismic contract of 500kms, which included the most urban of areas around the city of Dar es Salaam without spending anything on legal fees to resolve the many problems and claims encountered. In absence of an accountant accounted for all expenditure. Assisted in obtaining geophysical information to identify drilling targets.

project in Somalia, directly responsible for the successful delivery, construction, commissioning, start up and operation of the integrated fisheries up until the staff left to fight the war. Responsible for the complete
management of one ship, one landing craft and many boats, including catching, processing, exporting and transhipping of all the products to Europe.

Responsible for the initial idea to the inception and development of Oman's first private unsubsidised fisheries company until it became the third largest foreign income earner in the country with exports of over $US1.5 Million per month, solely in charge of the marketing and export logistics of the frozen products from a place 1,000kms across desert, mountains and bandit country to the exporting harbour.
Deputy Coordinator of Oman's largest group of companies. Directly responsible for obtaining many contracts and sales. Manager of a multi franchise trading company and responsible for turning a loss into a $US 1.5 Million net annual profit. Personal Assistant to the Sultan's Special Adviser and responsible for the construction of a luxury boat and villa. General Manager designate of an emerging fisheries company.

Advising and assisting in laying the region's economic base through the resettlement of fighters and those affected by war and the establishment of government offices. Directly responsible for the planning and establishment of the infrastructure after the war, including water supplies, housing, animal husbandry, environmental assistance, forestry, agriculture, health, education and religious facilities and road network.
