Includes :

  • Registration of newly formed Company with the Income Tax Department and payment of provisional Income Tax in order to obtain a 'Business Licence Tax Clearance Certificate'.
  • Application and procurement of a Business Licence.
  • Considerable advice and assistance to ensure you have a profitable beginning to your operations in Tanzania
3. Registration and formation of a local company

a.) Registration of newly formed Company with Income Tax Department and payment of provisional Income Tax in order to obtain a 'Business Licence Tax Clearance Certificate'.

b.) Application and procurement of a Business Licence.

c.) Preparation, printing and binding of Memorandum and Articles of Association.

d.) Considerable advise and assistance to ensure you have a profitable beginning to your operations in Tanzania

4. Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC)
  • Purchasing application forms from the TIC of the Certificate of incentives
  • Assistance in completing applications
  • Certification of application by lawyer
  • Bind and submit to TIC
  • Act as a liaison between Investor, Representative and TIC until certificate is issued

Includes 6 hours from the Managing Director and 20 hours by the Human Resources Manager in assistance to prepare the application. NB Time spent outside this will be charged separately at the company's hourly rate (see Personnel)

5. Companies Tax Exemptions

Process application to the Tanzania Revenue Authority through the relevant Ministry for the exemption of payment of import duties and VAT

Follow up with the authorities until the exemption certificate is obtained

Includes 6 hours from Managing Director and 20 hours by the Human Resources Manager as assistance to prepare the application.

N.B. Time spent outside this will be charged separately at the Company's Employee hourly rate (see personnel)

6. Information Service

General monthly report on the country's situation.

Specific monthly reports for specialized clients, including tenders or top of the minute events
