�On behalf of my team, I would like to thank you and Regent for the timely clearance and delivery to the Plant of all the critical spares that we needed for the Kiln shutdown. Some of the orders were on very short notice but you put in all your efforts including working long on weekends to ensure they were cleared and transported to Mbeya Once again, our very much thanks. We are now ready for the Kiln shutdown which starts on Sunday 10^th for 12 days.�

�Can you please pass on a strong message of thanks to the entire Regent team in the base for their superb efforts in pitching in and helping the Petrobras operation over the last week. It is very important that the team realizes that under the MUFA COM that BG are providing we are not supposed to be covering Petrobras logistical operations and therefore we have not been happy with the disorganization but none the less happy to help.

It is a testament to Regent that they can step in and help the opposition camp when they are suffering so much under the strain�
